Kylee is a descendant of the Karendali, Kullili and Wakka Wakka Peoples and a recognised trailblazer in leadership transformation.
With more than 25 years’ leadership experience - including a decade on the senior leadership team at News Corp - Kylee enables leaders to cut through complexity and lead with authenticity, resilience and cultural intelligence.
Honoured with a NAIDOC Award for advancing women in leadership and acknowledged as one of the brightest minds in the field, she has been described as “the most authentic leader of our time” and “quite literally the female version of Tony Robbins.”
Kylee is the presenter of the internationally acclaimed Emerging Leaders Program, host of The Uncharted Leader podcast, and ambassador for the Women’s Resilience Centre, contributing significantly to contemporary leadership education.

Marcelle bernard

Marcelle Bernard specialises in inclusive leadership and organisational culture, supporting government, education and corporate organisations to build high-performing, ethical leaders, teams and systems.
Her programs span inclusive leadership development, executive mentoring, strategic decision facilitation, and organisational systems audit, redesign and staff capability building. Participation strengthens decision quality, stakeholder engagement, staff retention and overall organisational financial outcomes.
Marcelle holds Bachelor’s degrees in Psychological Sciences and Human Resource Management (Program Delivery and Development) and is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), an accredited Indigenous Ally, and a Neuro-Linguistic Programming Master Practitioner.
Her work is grounded in psychological safety, neurodiversity awareness and cultural competence, and is aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Australian Public Service (APS) Values, and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) framework expectations. -

Dr Kerry Bodle
Indigenous Business Education Advisor
Kerry is a descendant of the Karendali, Kullili and Wakka Wakka Peoples and a pioneer in culturally informed business education.
The first Indigenous Australian to hold a PhD and CPA in Accounting, Kerry is highly sought-after for her contribution to financial literacy, enterprise development and inclusive curriculum development for First Nations communities.
A Professor at Griffith University and a Fellow of CPA Australia, Kerry serves on several boards including Griffith University Elders and First Peoples Knowledge Holders Advisory.
Honoured with the AAUT Neville Bonner Award and two-time Academic Accountant of the Year, Kerry is an “accidental academic” whose vision for reconciliation was inspired by her family of four children and seven grandchildren.
