With 25 years’ experience - including 10 years in senior roles - she empowers leaders to cut through complexity, lead with authenticity, resilience and cultural intelligence.

A storyteller at heart, Kylee is a certified expert in the neuroscience of resilience with a suite of certifications that underpin her authority as a “force of nature” in business education and personal development.

Honoured with a NAIDOC Award for advancing women in leadership and recognised as one of the brightest minds in leadership, Kylee is described as “the most authentic leader of our time” and “the female version of Tony Robbins.”

Kylee is an international storyteller, keynote speaker, presenter of the internationally acclaimed Emerging Leaders Program, host of The Uncharted Leader podcast, ambassador for the Women’s Resilience Centre and a mum of three teenagers.

Indigenous Business Education Advisor

Kerry is a proud descendant of the Karendali, Kalali and Waka Waka Nations and the first Indigenous Australian to hold both a PhD and CPA in accounting.

An international thought leader known for pioneering culturally informed business education, Kerry is sought-after speaker for her contribution to Indigenous financial literacy, enterprise development and inclusive curriculum design.

A Professor at Griffith University and a Fellow of CPA Australia, Kerry is a key figure in Indigenous Accountants Australia, and serves on several advisory boards including the Griffith University Elders and First Peoples Knowledge Holders Advisory Board.

Honoured with the 2023 AAUT Neville Bonner Award and two-time Academic Accountant of the Year, Kerry proudly acknowledges her vision for reconciliation as her great achievement and motivation to role model inclusive leadership for community - including her own family, four children and six grandchildren.
