There’s a moment every leader meets —
when the life that once fit so perfectly begins to feel too small.

That’s the moment of reinvention.

This space is for those standing at the edge of what was and what’s next —
the threshold between identities, careers, and callings.
It’s for those who have achieved much, yet feel something deeper calling them forward —
not to do more, but to be the fullest essence of who they are.

I’m Gitanjali — a Leadership and Transformation Coach, artist, and Human Design guide.
For over two decades, I’ve worked with people around the world to awaken the next era of leadership — one rooted not in control, but in coherence.

Vision. Power. Presence. didn’t begin as a brand or a framework.
It began as my life.

Before I ever stepped into the world of leadership and transformation, I was an artist in New York City — sculpting clay, painting form, and learning how to translate the unseen into something others could feel. At the same time, I was immersed in the work of human transformation, coaching in the World Trade Center and witnessing people reshape their lives long before I had language for my own gifts.

When I lost ten years of my artwork on 9/11, everything I understood about creation, identity, and purpose was shattered — and then, slowly, reshaped.
What remained — what revealed itself — were the three principles that became the spine of my life and leadership:

Vision.

The ability to see possibility where others see endings —
to hold a future that doesn’t yet exist
and breathe life into it with clarity and imagination.

Power.

Not force.
Not dominance.
But the inner authority that comes from truth, coherence, and alignment —
the kind of power that allows you to lead without pushing,
to influence without performing,
to walk into any room rooted in who you are.

Presence.

The quiet strength of meeting life exactly as it is —
with spaciousness, depth, and the courage to stay awake
to what is emerging in you and through you.

These three values became my compass as I shifted from sculpting clay
to sculpting lives —
helping people release the weight of who they thought they needed to be
and return to the Self they had always been.

Years later, when I discovered Human Design, it didn’t give me something new —
it illuminated the architecture behind everything I had lived, taught, and embodied.
It showed me that Vision, Power, and Presence weren’t concepts.
They were frequencies woven into my design
and into the work I am here to do.

Today, they remain the foundation of my mission:
to guide leaders, creators, and visionaries through reinvention,
through the thresholds of identity,
and into the fullest expression of who they are.
